Team Leader Operations
Are you an experienced manager who likes to be at the heart of operations? A modern production organisation in Enschede is looking for a Team Leader Operations to lead around 60 employees and oversee planning, quality and safety.
As Team Leader Operations, you make sure daily production runs smoothly. You're visible on the shop floor, keep a clear overview, and know how to act quickly when needed.
- Leading and motivating around 60 employees;
- Coordinating several production departments;
- Overseeing planning, quality and safety;
- Analysing KPIs and resolving bottlenecks;
- Coaching and developing employees;
- Improving work processes;
- Collaborating with various departments.
You report directly to the Operations Manager.
For this role we're looking for a strong leader who is visible on the shop floor and knows how to motivate employees and guide them through change.
- Minimum vocational (MBO-4) working and thinking level;
- Experience as a team leader within production;
- Affinity with technology and production processes;
- Experience with KPIs and process improvement;
- Knowledge of Lean is a plus;
- Strong communication and coaching skills;
- Results-driven and decisive.

Working hours: you'll work Monday to Friday on a 2-shift schedule: morning shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and afternoon/evening shift 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
