Creating Work is the employment agency within the Creating Spaces group of companies, which also includes ABRO Projectafbouw, Prozap and Acez. We bring employees and clients together in a way that is honest, clear and forward-looking. With personal guidance, years of experience and a down-to-earth approach, we make sure that work works: for everyone.
Our focus is on completely unburdening both employees and employers. Candidates can easily register with us and receive guidance to find work that suits them. We help employers meet flexible staffing needs, including recruitment, selection and administrative processing. Creating Work was born from the acquisition of Gero Flexpartner, an organization with 36 years of experience in the flex market. That knowledge and stability form a solid basis for our approach.
We are members of the ABU, certified according to NEN 4400-1 and have a strong administrative structure. In addition, we are at the forefront of correctly applying laws and regulations. Including the renewed DBA Act, which took effect from 2025 and will be actively enforced from 2026. Creating Work is already setting the right example, as a reliable and future-proof partner.
