Team Leader

As Team Leader, you lead a team of 30 - 40 production employees within all departments of the production lines. You are the point of contact in the workplace and ensure that production runs according to schedule and quality standards. Your most important tasks:
- Managing, coaching and motivating production staff
- Carrying out quality controls on the end products
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process
- Contributing ideas about process improvement and product development
- Participating in achieving production goals
- You have experience in managing people within a production environment
- You have strong communication skills and know how to motivate others
- You have a good command of the Polish language and the Dutch and/or English language
- You are reliable and work accurately
- You have experience in producing frames
